Terms & Conditions
– Hours of Operations: 7:30am – 5pm EST, Mon – Fri (Closed on Major Holidays)
– Minimum Orders: NONE – we will welcome ALL orders. Order or give us a call even if you need just one item.
– Method of Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and C.O.D.
– Shipping Information: All products are sold F.O.B. shipping point unless otherwise quoted.
- UPS is our primary carrier.
- Actual street address must be provided.
- UPS will not deliver to a Post Office box.
- UPS Next day, Second day & Third day service available.
Returns/Damaged Goods: You must contact us within 3 business days to advise if the product you received is incorrect or damaged.
- You should inspect the package(s) for damage before you sign for the delivery.
- To process a claim for damaged packages you must sign for the delivery as “Damaged”.
- “Call Tags” are issued only in the event of a shipping error on our part.
- You must call 800-724-2209 for return authorization prior to shipping product(s) back.
- Restocking fees may apply for any returned products.
Warranty: All products are warrantied to be free from defects or manufacturer defective workmanship under manufacturer’s warranty.
- All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval of the manufacturer.
We will try to assist you where applicable.
