Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer support by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting with product and service information. The CSR ensures customer satisfaction and builds positive relationships with clients by offering timely and efficient assistance.
Essential Job Functions:
- Performs various routine and defined clerical tasks in an office environment.
- Retrieves documents or responds to requests for information from internal or external customers by phone or e-mail.
- Resolves mostly routine and some non-routine, more complex problems and communicates solutions or requested information to the customer.
- May assist with general office tasks such as copying, mailing, and ordering supplies.
- Analyzes a customer's service needs and refers to other service or technical departments for follow up as needed.
- Maintain customer information and other data related to each transaction.
- Researches and resolves order errors and updates the system.
- Good attendance is an essential function of this position.
- Verify order details for completeness and correctness.
- The ability to operate in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
Minimum Job Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years’ experience.
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
Job Title: Operator & Assembler
Grade / Status: Hourly
Department: CV, FP, WP, Steel, HW
Job Summary:
Assemble various products using hand tools and machinery
Essential Job Functions:
- Manufacture and assembly of products using hand tools and various machines
- Maintain equipment and machines
- Transport to Jr. Inspectors or Industrial Stitchers
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Attendance is an essential function of this position
- The ability to operate in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Ensure time and Quality specifications are met.
Minimum Job Qualifications & Requirements:
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read and write English
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work with others and also work independently
- High school diploma, equivalent or higher
Mental & Visual Requirements:
Close mental and visual application required for controlling machines and processes at rapid pace requiring close coordination and fine adjustment. Plan or direct fairly complex work methods or operations, which obtain size, shape, or physical qualities of product.
Physical Activities & Requirements:
-Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, sit, walk, push, pull lift, repetitive motion, grasp, feel, talk, and hear.
-Exerting up to 20 lbs of force occasionally and/or up to 10 lbs of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
Environmental Conditions:
Employee is subject to inside environmental conditions, noise, vibration, repetitive motion and hazards.

Job Title: Industrial Stitcher
Grade / Status: Hourly

Job Summary:
Use an industrial sewing machine and hand tools to stitch and assemble various products
- Manufacture and stitch various products using sewing machine
- Maintain sewing equipment and machine
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Attendance is an essential function of this position
- The ability to operate in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
- Ensure time and Quality specifications are met.
- Stitching experience preferred
- Ability to read and write English
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work with others and also work independently
- High school diploma, equivalent or higher
